Our standards of design and aesthetic appeal are just as high as our quality standards, an approach also implemented in the facade with its elaborate design accents.

The windows and french doors with triple-pane thermal insulation glass in soft pearl beige not only insulate, but also set visual accents on the facade. The window surfaces are simply and comfortably darkened using electric roller shutters. This design style is continued in the entrance hall. Visitors will delight in the generous, warm atmosphere of the sand-coloured floor surface in large format (up to 120x120 cm) in combination with the bright colour scheme of the walls. This elegance continues on the terraces and balconies with 60x60 cm floor tiles in a warm, sand-coloured design.

Our understanding of contemporary living is to create a symbiosis of efficiency and comfort. This is, for example, contributed to by efficient district heating technology in combination with room temperature-controlled hot water underfloor heating. We also place high demands on architecture, design, quality and comfort in terms of the interior fittings. For example the bathrooms and showers are equipped with comfortable level-access showers with real glass partitions, bathtubs and towel radiators. The timelessly elegant walls are finished in Q3 quality and enhanced with high-quality paint substrate.

When selecting our suppliers we consistently rely on products from renowned manufacturers: GIRA for electrical equipment including video intercom system, Villeroy & Boch for wall and floor tiles, and high-quality sanitary equipment complemented by GROHE in the bathrooms. A really good living space can only be created from genuinely good products.
